  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. The www.globalmedicines.eu website runs under the terms specified in these Rules.
    2. The Rules determine the types and scope of electronic services provided by the Website www.globalmedicines.eu, principles of providing such services, terms of concluding and terminating electronic service provision contracts as well as complaint procedures.

    4. At the time of taking actions aiming at using the Electronic Services of Website www.globaldrugs.eu, each Service Recipient is obliged to observe provisions of these Rules.
    5. In matters not regulated herein, the following provisions apply:
      1. Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws], no. 144, item 1204, as amended),
      2. Employment Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2014, item 827),
      3. Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws], no. 16, item 93, as amended) and other applicable provisions of Polish law.

 

  1. DEFINITIONS
    1. RULES - these Website rules.
    2. SERVICE PROVIDER - PARABOLA, address of its registered office: ZIELONA 28, ZŁOTNIKI, postal address: Zielona 28, Złotniki, entered into the business register under KRS no. [National Court Register No.]: PARABOLA, NIP [Tax Id. No.]: 9721252848, REGON no. [National Business Registry No.]: 360542185, with a share capital of: PARABOLA, e-mail address: biuro@leki-spagyryka.pl, tel.: 660440430.
    3. SERVICE RECIPIENT - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law, which uses the Electronic service.
    4. ELECTRONIC SERVICE - a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Website.
  2. TYPES AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. The Service Provider allows using, via the Website, the following Electronic Services:
    2. Provision of Electronic Services to the Service Recipients is performed in compliance with the provisions determined in these Rules.
    3. The www.globalmedicines.eu website does not guarantee the availability of the products contained therein.
    4. The Website is only a platform for collecting contact details of entities which were or are linked with the products presented on the Website.
    5. The platform does not deal with sale or purchase of products contained therein, and it shall not ensure availability of these products offered by sellers.
    6. The www.globalmedicines.eu platform is only a base for making contacts between sellers and purchasers, without ensuring availability of products to any of the parties after a subscription with access is purchased.
  3. TERMS OF PROVIDING ELECTRONIC SERVICES AND OF CONCLUDING ELECTRONIC SERVICES PROVISION CONTRACTS
    1. Provision of Electronic Services specified by Service Provider in chapter 3 point 1 of the Rules shall be free of charge.
    2. This contract is concluded for the period of:
    3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system of the Service Provider:
      1. computer with internet access,
      2. access to electronic mail,
      3. web browser,
      4. cookies and Javascript enabled in the web browser.
    4. The Customer is obliged to use the Website in a way consistent with the law and morality, respect the personal rights and the copyrights and intellectual property of any third parties.
    5. The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the facts.
    6. The Service Recipient is prohibited from delivery of illegal content.
  4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
    1. Complaints regarding provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
      1. Complaints regarding provision of Electronic Services via the Website may submitted by the Service Recipient in electronic form via e-mail to: biuro@leki-spagyryka.pl
      2. The aforementioned e-mail must contain the largest possible extent of information and circumstances regarding the subject of complaint, especially the type and date of failure and contact details. The obtained information will considerably facilitate and accelerate processing of complaints by the Service Provider.
      3. The response to the complaint shall be made by the Service Provider as soon as possible, not later than within 14 days.
      4. The Service Provider’s response to a complaint is sent to the Service Recipient’s e-mail address provided in the complaint or in any other way indicated by the Service Recipient.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. Any and all information provided at www.globaldrugs.eu is subject to copyright protection and is the property of www.globaldrugs.eu. The Service Recipient bears full responsibility for any damage to the Service Provider which is the consequence of using any content of the www.globaldrugs.eu website without the Service Provider’s consent.
    2. Any use of any content of the www.globaldrugs.eu website by any person without the Service Provider’s written consent constitutes infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and shall be punishable under civil and criminal law.
  6. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. Contracts concluded via the Website are in accordance with the Polish law.
    2. In case of any inconsistency between any part of the Rules and the applicable law, the contested provision of the Rules shall be replaced by applicable provision of Polish law.
